Quality control is an important activity at Allied Steel. Allied Steel is one of the leaders in the fabrication and supply of custom-designed pre-engineered steel structures to the non-residential building industry, a position and placement acquired through the consistent application of some of the most rigorous quality control procedures at our facilities. We operate in seventeen production facilities in North America, and we believe that it is crucial for our success and the satisfaction of our customers and clients that the same high quality pertains across the board.
Each of our facilities carries and continues to meet the certifications requirements for companies which fabricate buildings intended for sale in international markets. Our facilities meet the regulatory specifications for every location around the world in which we currently work or are likely to eventually work, and that number is so large that, in order to adequately carry out business, we currently maintain distribution centers in thirty-six countries around the world.
Our years of experience, and the scope of our operations have granted us a level of expertise that has placed us in the wonderful position of being able to consistently comprehend and address all customer concerns, quickly and appropriately. Our Building Services Group pays such close attention to the details of every transaction that it is not unheard of that Allied Steel sometimes succeeds in preventing or managing the untoward occurrence even before the customer becomes aware of cause for concern.
Our Customer Service Representatives are experts at recognizing potential causes of concern, and our Building Services Project Managers, one of whom is assigned to each Allied Steel customer, are so in tune with customer preferences and expectations, and consequently so good at anticipating issues, that these are always resolved expeditiously and completely, putting to rest any Allied Steel complaints the minute they arise or are voiced.
